Course Description: Leading Successful Blended and Online Learning Initiatives is designed for school leaders who are charged with identifying the strategic planning considerations associated with the implementation of blended learning. The foundation of this course includes the six elements necessary for the successful implementation of blended learning as identified by the International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL). By examining each of these six elements, school leaders will understand how to lead decision-making in each area.
